By accepting these terms of service you agree that you have read, understood and agree to folly comply with the Get MY Food UK Obligations Agreement in full, including pay, rights of pay, time off, attendance, shift cover, bonuses, pay frequency, and more importantly that you agree your a self employed contractor and are willing work on that basis under the Get My Food brand.

This is important as the obligations agreement forms a binding contract, although not signed due to it being obligatory to follow, and is in writing, but agreed verbally and by this tick box which states you have acknowledged and will oblige by it at all times.

By agreeing and submitting this application today you verify that you meet the requirements of the role as required.

You understand it's the responsibility of the courier to ensure the vehicle is insured, maintained, and up to the standards required by your local authority for the acceptance of and completion of food orders.
This includes carriage of goods and you may wish to get your vehicle assessed by your local food inspectors.
Vehicles must come up to a certain standard and various authorities may have different terms and conditions they expect of couriers and expect couriers to have in their vehicle to enable them to carry out duties. 
These include but are not limited to hygiene products, hand cleansers, cleaning products, temperature monitoring items and more.

Couriers are paid cash in hand, as self-employed contractors, and will be responsible for any, and or all declarations necessary to any department that the courier currently has obligations to notify. Failures by the courier to do so is at their own choosing and GMF UK cannot accept liability for any courier failing to comply.

GMF UK assure couriers all information given today is protected under the data protection act. As an added security due to the fact couriers are self employed, the rights of all GMF UK couriers are protected.
Under the GMF UK Courier Rights, you will always be informed of any and or all paperwork that has been submitted to GMF UK either requiring or requesting information about any courier currently working under the GMF UK brand. 
Any formal or informal paperwork which needs to be submitted to any organisation or department will only be submitted once the courier has been informed of the actions being taken against them, the information requested of them, and their expressed written consent that a response can be made by GMF UK.

As data controller, we may be sending your data to Zoho Recruit's resume parser, external applications that have been integrated with Zoho Recruit, other users processing your data, and our clients (or hiring departments). 

Your data will be retained for only as long as it is necessary which includes our legal obligations for retaining data. On occasions where there is a requirement to extend the retention of your data, we would be asking for your consent again, if required.
